HOW TO RETURN YOUR TIP-FOR-TIP MACHINE

BEFORE SHIPPING, please send an email to info@tipfortipjar.com REQUESTING RETURN and REFUND.  Upon receipt of your email, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) so we can easily track and process your return.  All Tip-For-Tip machines must be returned in the original packaging and include all of the contents originally shipped, including the Tip-For-Tip Machine, Removable Power Cord, Weighted Coupon Cover Plate, and Printed Owner's Manual.  Please make sure the contents are repackaged securely, as we will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during your return shipping.

In the event your Tip-For-Tip machine is not working properly, please contact us FIRST at info@tipfortipjar.com with a brief summary of what is not working properly.  If we are unable to advise an easy solution for you, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and have your return your Tip-For-Tip machine for an immediate exchange.  All Tip-For-Tip machines must be returned in the original packaging and include all of the contents originally shipped, including the Tip-For-Tip Machine, Removable Power Cord, Weighted Coupon Cover Plate, and Printed Owner's Manual.  Please make sure the contents are repackaged securely, as we will not be responsible for any damage that may occur during your return shipping.
